 It is Satellite Phone Solutions’ (SPS) policy to respect and protect the privacy of our customers and the users of our website (hereinafter, the "Site"). Through this Privacy Policy, we want to reassure users of the Site that we will not sell, share, or rent user information to others in a manner different than as set forth in this Privacy Statement. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement, please do not use this Site. Each time you use the Site, the current version of the Privacy Statement will apply. Accordingly, when you use the Site, you should check the date of this Statement (which appears at the top) and review any changes since the last version.

Rental Agreement

All rentals include an AC and a DC charger, an extra battery, and their choice of a hard or soft case. Outbound shipping (ground) is $15.95. If rental exceeds $100 outbound shipping is free. Second day shipping is $37.95 and overnight shipping is $58.95. We ship unit to arrive 1-2 days before the start date of the rental. If the return shipping option ($15.95) is selected, renter needs to drop the unit at UPS or a UPS Drop Box within two business days of the end date of the rental. A late fee of $10 per day will be charged for each day after the two day grace period for dropping the rental at UPS. If the renter does not select the return shipping option, they have seven days to get the phone back to SPS. A late fee of $10 per day will be assessed for each day after seven days that the phone is not received by Satellite Phone Solutions.

Satellite phones and accessories can be returned for a full refund within ten days of delivery as long as product package is unopened. Buyer is responsible for outbound and return shipping. If the product has been opened, it can be returned within ten days for an 80% refund as long as the product can be repackaged and sold as new. If the product cannot be resold as new, for example a remote antenna and cable as been installed and then un-installed and repackaged, the product can be returned within ten days for a 50% refund as long as the product is in working condition.
Rental orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the rental has shipped (which may be as much as a week in advance of the rental date). Once the rental unit has shipped, a partial refund is possible, but the renter is responsible for outbound and return shipping and a prorated rental fee for the period of time the unit is out of the possession of Satellite Phone Solutions.

If your plans change, contact Satellite Phone Solutions as soon as possible. They will work with you to adjust the dates of your rental, ship to an alternative location, and do everything they can to complete your rental while working with you to minimize additional costs. As mentioned above, rentals can be cancelled for a full refund up until the date the unit ships from Satellite Phone Solutions.
